A walk in the afternoon

I went for a directionless walk this afternoon (i.e. a walk in which I turn at the fork of a road under the decision that this path looks more “interesting”). I ended up walking for about three hours – I walked through the golden-leafed suburb of Botany Bay, walked more, “found” myself in Eastgardens, turned here and there, walked even more, and “found” myself in Maroubra Beach afterwards. Then I just took the bus back to Easties,  bought a few things before catching the bus back home. Tired but happy.

A Mexican-looking house in Botany Bay.

The big decision.

A very cool graffiti at Maroubra Beach. It’s the famous Iranian girl in the National Geographic pictures.

The shoreline.
